The Planned Activities are:
• Direct confrontation between Institutions, suppliers of guidance services and stakeholders
• Realization of tools and shared procedures for the management of the Skill Balance service
• Realization of workshops and training seminars for operators
• Realization of Skill Balance paths addressed to unemployed over 45 (target group) and managed by the local actors in an integrated way
• Creation of a quality identification mark for the integrated guidance services
The QU.I.GU.S. Project consists of 8 Work Packages divided into 5 technical development stages (WP 1-4) and 3 “transversal” stages for the communication/dissemination/mainstreaming, monitoring and evaluation, coordination and management (WP 5-8).
| WP1 - Analysis of the needs and feasibility of the transfer |
- Identifying, defining and sharing the main criticalities recorded at level of the territories involved in the matters of VTE and job guidance and which may represent an obstacle to the innovation and quality of the services supplied as well as to the integration between the public and private supplying subjects.
- Better defining and socializing the features peculiar to the VTE and job systems involved in Italy, in Greece and in Slovakia, through a direct confrontation with the local stakeholders in order to adapt the products to be transferred to the real needs of the staff dealing with guidance and to the prescriptive and organizational system existing in the different territorial contexts.
- Defining the innovative degree of the contents to be transferred with regard to the fulfilment of the identified needs and to the feasibility of the transfer to be carried out
- Working out territorial reports containing the feasibility study of the transfer based on the needs found.

| WP2 - Adapting of the kit of tools and procedures to transfer |
- Analyzing the specificities of the needs found in the different territories involved in order to guarantee the correspondence of the contents of the products to be transferred to the needs.
- Making the changes in contents and the appropriate adaptations in the procedures and instruments for the supply of the guidance services to be transferred according to the peculiarities found in the territorial VTE systems analyzed.
- Making the products to be transferred enjoyable by the subjects involved in the experimentation through appropriate translations into the local languages, a balanced adjustment of the contents with a more direct impact on the socio-economic system, on the local culture and on the identified target beneficiaries.

| WP3 - Training of the beneficiaries and organisation of experimental workshops |
- Spreading the procedure and tool kit for guidance to teachers, lecturers, trainers and operators of public and private employment services.
- Providing aid in the acquisition of the transferred products through the realization of training sessions with the intervention of the ISFOL National Agency.
- Realizing experimentation workshops in the Slovakian and Greek territories involved aimed at providing the partner subjects with aid in the know-how transfer activities.
- Making adjustments and a further definition of the procedure and tool kit for guidance after the training activities.

| WP4 - Testing of the kit with the end users |
- Introducing the use of the procedure and tool kit for the supply of the guidance services inside the organizations of origin of the training/transfer beneficiaries.
- Testing the adapted and transferred products on a target group of final users considered sensible, i.e. unemployed adults over 45.
- Innovating in the processes for the supply of the internal guidance services of the VTE in the territories involved in the project, testing the kit in a perspective of lifelong guidance integrated system.
- Increasing the employability potential of subjects over 45 who wish to integrate in the world of labour.

| WP5 - Creation of a quality identification mark fort the integrated guidance services |
- Awakening and involving the local stakeholders of each context involved on the advisability of creating a territorial network dedicated to the integrated services for the quality of the guidance.
- Favouring the utmost accessibility of the territorial guidance services through a better identification of these latter and the communication amongst the supplying subjects.
- Working out a quality mark for the guidance services which can be adopted by all the institutions which make use of the transferred procedure and tool kit.
- Laying the foundations for the creation of territorial integrated guidance and quality systems connected on a European scale.

| WP6 - Activities of Communication, Dissemination and Mainstreaming |
- Guaranteeing the utmost spreading of the results and of the products of the project through the development of an all-pervading activity of dissemination of the actions, objectives and project results.
- Providing information on the progress of the project activities with the involvement of prospective direct and indirect receivers.
- Developing a set of communication tools declined according to the features of the Italian and transnational territories involved in the project.
- Informing prospective receivers operating in the VTE and employment system as well as prospective final beneficiaries, to be meant as users of the guidance services of the project activities which will be realized and destined for them.

| WP7 - Monitoring and Evaluation |
- Guaranteeing a quality management of the intervention capable of fulfilling the efficiency and effectiveness standards through a punctual and structured evaluation and monitoring plan of each project activity as a whole, putting monitoring, evaluation, checking and validation phases of quantitative and qualitative type into effect.
- Realizing ongoing evaluation activities with the aim of focusing the processes, approaches and results produced until then with regard to the prescriptions of the work programme.
- Realizing an external evaluation activity with regard to the actions and results of the project.

| WP8 - Coordination and Management |
Guaranteeing the correct and effective working of the project structure and of the implementation of the activities through the activation of an organizational model (Steering Committee and transnational scientific coordination Task Force) which makes the management and the supervision in the development of the project easier and at the same time allows developing the joint actions amongst the partners in the best possible way.
