The Objectives

The Objectives

  • To homogenize the set of tools and procedures used by the job centres, schools, training agencies, territorial centres for the adult education and private job agencies for the development  of an integrated, continuous and qualified school-formation-job guidance service
  • To improve the quality and innovation of the systems, institutions and practices of  Vocational and Educational Training, specifically acting on the appreciation and the quality of guidance services supplied by the subjects operating in the VTE and creating synergies with the Job Centres.

Particularly, the transfer of innovation QU.I.GU.S. intends to realize refers to a sector-based transfer and to a geographical transfer. The former will be achieved through the acquisition of the kit of quality procedures and tools for the supply of guidance services by teachers, trainers and operators of private job agencies. The latter will be carried out on two different territories through the involvement of a transnational partnership: Greece and Slovakia.
In Greece, the project partner, an institution operating in the sector of VTE and specialized in guidance activities, will contribute to the utmost spreading of the kit to be transferred by carrying out an adjustment of this latter according to the features of the territorial context; in Slovakia, the supporting partner will also be the beneficiary of the transfer, since it is an organization operating in the sector of employment and guidance at the height of its growth which wishes to absorb the highest-quality and most effective modes and tools for the supply of its own services.

The interaction scheme between processes identifies a frame composed by the government processes:
- Management and coordination;
- Administration;

Two support areas:
- Quality and research;
- Monitoring and evaluation;

And the core is formed by the processes related to the services destined to the final clients:
- Diagnosis;
- Project;
- Promotion;
- Supply;

In order to share the model and begin the delicate creation phase of the experimentation plan, it is important to implement a comparative procedure between what is expected by the ISFOL proposal and what is actually present in one’s own structure.
